Training for Drumcircle Facilitators:
If you are based in the Uk and would like to train with us we will design a course based around your needs and previous experience.
Typically it may include:
- Shadowing, volunteering or working as an assistant on a number of DrumCrazy events.
- Having John critique a number of events you create yourself, either live or on video.
- Co-running a DrumCrazy event with John supporting and critiquing along the way.
- Attending a scheduled training event for teachers.
- Running a number of events with email and or phone coaching and support.
Once you have completed this process we are usually happy to employ you on a casual basis as a DrumCrazy facilitator.
A number of people who have been through this process have set up their own business and we have created our own team of facilitators in this way.
