Setting up for a Boomwhacker Day
- We need a hall or large room for use all day.
- If the hall is used for lunches check the timings allowing 5 minutes to stack the instruments at the side of the hall and 10 mins to reset them after lunch.
- We need a team of 6 children or 3 adults to help unload the van and set up. It works well if the same group help reset after lunch and load the van at the end of the day.
- Your facilitator will arrive at 9.00 and be ready to start the first assembly at 9.20 unless agreed otherwise.
- Please provide a written timetable with an indication of group sizes. See sample timetables for ideas
- Note that we need 30 mins after an assembly to reset for a workshop session.
