Setting up for a DrumCrazy Orchestra Day

  1. We need a hall or large room for use all day.
  2. If the hall is used for lunches check the timings allowing 5 minutes to stack the drums at the side of the hall and 10 mins to reset them after lunch.
  3. We need a team of 6 children or 3 adults to help unload the van and set up. It works well if the same group help reset after lunch and load the van at the end of the day.
  4. Your facilitator will arrive at 9.00 and be ready to start at 9.20 unless agreed otherwise.
  5. Please provide a written timetable with an indication of group sizes. See sample timetables for ideas
  6. If we are in the school hall we can usually work with benches, mats and a few chairs. Should these not be available then chairs of an age appropriate size will work.
